The Consumer Act of the Philippines
My Reaction:
Republic Act of the Philippines (R.A No. 7394) is focus on the consumer act of the Philippines that the Senate and House of the Representative was agree in this Act. Its important to our country so that the rules contain in this Act should follow by the people of the Philippines. The product should be in a legal process by following the rules stated.
"It can be shown that such product is manufactured, sold or held for sale for export from the Philippines, or that such product was imported for export, unless such consumer product is in fact distributed in commerce for use in the Philippines...
b) such consumer product or the packaging thereof bears a stamp or label stating that such consumer product is intended for export and actually exported".
It is said that the product must go on in a legal process before it is distributed in any of the consumer or even on a importing and exporting so that the product is safety.
The Filipino must know about this Republic Act No. 7394 so that all the businessman or businesswoman shall understand the main purpose of each Article.
